We take non-refundable payments which help to improve the service, website and to provide the best Vendors. However, If we cannot find a Vendor then we can offer a refund within 7 working days depending on your Bank.
Once handed over to the Vendor any refunds required will be processed by the Vendor who may have a different refund policy.
We welcome most major credit and debit cards for payment. Should you encounter any issues during the payment process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
For the remaining balance payment, our vendors accept bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. The £15 fee serves as a deposit to secure your booking, and you will receive the final amount details via email. Subsequently, the remaining balance will be settled directly between you and our vendors.
