We take non-refundable payments which help to improve the service, and website and to provide the best Vendors. However, If we cannot find a Vendor then we can offer a refund within 7 working days depending on who you Bank with.
Once handed over to the Vendor any refunds required will be processed by the Vendor who may have a different refund policy.
- Are your Vendors vetted? Yes
- When is the remaining amount due to the Vendor? Depending on the service booked the remaining amount may need to be paid before the occasion date or after.
- What if I have to make last-minute changes? Please let the Vendor know of any changes.
- Can I book multiple services? Yes.
- What if I have a request outside of what you have? Please go to our contact page for any request with the subject ‘’New Request’’ and we will review it.
- Where can I leave a review? You can leave a review on our site.
- What if the Vendor cancels? We will replace the Vendor with another provider.
- Can I pay in full? The remaining amount of the booked service is sent to you via email and you pay this amount directly to the Vendor. If you want to pay in full via our site please contact us.
